To receive a Winc shipment, someone at least 21 years old must be present to sign for it. All packages are labeled as containing wine, and a signature is required by law — carriers won’t leave packages unattended, even with a signature on file.

If you can’t be home to sign for an order, we recommend using a local FedEx Office as your shipping address. FedEx Offices accept packages, has flexible hours, and will hold your order for up to 5 business days. Plus, someone 21+ will be available to sign for it. This option is available during checkout & we’ll call out the closest option.
