Previously, Winc was a credit-based subscription where customers were charged a monthly fee, and credits were added to accounts. As of November 2024, Winc evolved to a subscription-based model — new members are now billed for their curated wine shipments. 

For customers who remain part of the Winc’s credit-based model, here’s how it works:

• Monthly Credits: Members are charged a monthly fee, and credits are deposited into their account ($1 = 1 credit) 

• Members receive 20% off, always 

• Free shipping on 4+ bottles 

• Versatile Usage: Member credits can be redeemed toward Winc wine purchases at any time.

How to Redeem Your Credits

• Log in to your Winc account.

• Select 3 or more wines to add to your cart.

• Proceed to checkout and click "Apply Store Credits" to redeem them toward your purchase.

Please note: Winc credits cannot be used towards a gift card purchase.
