What are Insider Access credits and how do they work.

Winc's Insider Access was previously the primary membership option for Winc members. However, as of November 2024, Winc transitioned to a subscription-based model, where new members are charged monthly for their wine shipments.

For customers who remain part of the Winc Insider Access Membership, here’s how it works:

Insider Access Membership

Monthly Credits: Members are charged a monthly fee, and credits are deposited into their account ($1 = 1 credit).
Personalized Recommendations: Winc suggests wines tailored to your taste preferences in your cart.
Flexible Checkout: You must check out each month to receive your wines. If you don’t, your credits will accumulate. Note that orders under this membership do not ship automatically.

Redeeming Credits

Versatile Usage: Member credits can be redeemed toward Winc wine purchases at any time.
No Additional Fees: There are no extra membership fees to join. Shipping is included on orders of 4 or more bottles.

How to Redeem Your Insider Access Credits

Log in to your Winc account.
Select 3 or more wines to add to your cart.
Proceed to checkout and click "Apply Store Credits" to redeem them toward your purchase.
